One simple idea for to improve our mortgage brokerage sales process

Ideally we want our strategy presented to application lodged 

conversion rate sitting around that 80% mark

If were sitting closer to 60%

we can probably make a few tweaks to lift it

However still pretty good 

But if were sitting around 20%

and were rarely hearing back from prospects we presenting strategies to

probs got a serious structural issue in our sales process that needs fixing up 

There could be a few different reasons for that

but the first step we can take straight away is simple

Get on the phone to every client we presented a proposal to

and with genuine sincerity ask

“hey why did you not proceed with us” 

That give us real market feedback we can collate

then use those themes to strengthen and improve our sales process
