Nope. We’ll help you build the structure even if we’re solo right now.

Sales training teaches us how to close deals. Broker coaching helps us build a business that closes deals with or without the owner. It covers leadership, systems, team growth, lead generation, profitability, and long term value. Way more than scripts and objection handling.

Reckon 2 to 4 hours a month minimum. Assuming a monthly BIG Coaching Call, few live Helpdesk Sessions, monthly Masterclass Session and a bit of time in the Community. We want to work smarter and not add any overwhelm.

Yes. Many of our members join before hiring anyone, and coaching actually helps us avoid common mistakes when building a team. We’ll set the right foundation now so we can scale more smoothly later.

Probs doesn't make a lot of sense to run two business coaching programs side by side. A handful of our members do have mentors though. We strictly do not teach brokers how to write loans, we want our brokers to have their business owner hat on when working with us.

There are no lock in contracts. However, this is not one off consulting. My brokers that get the best results work with me for longer periods of time. The thing about business, once we overcome one challenge, we will create two more. That is the nature of growth.

All of my memberships are offered as monthly retainers. The PLATFORM membership is $2,200 per month, and the PRIVATE membership is $4,400 per month. My goal in the Discovery is to make sure to get you the right Membership where we can add the most amount of value for your stage of business.

I am totally open, honest and transparent about my capacity and have capped PRIVATE at 40 Members. PLATFORM Members will always get the first opportunity to upgrade to PRIVATE when spots become available.
